Coming up in October, our special event celebrates the southern region... of many countries!
“It’s an opportunity for us to explore specific regional cuisines,” explains Chef Alex Capasso of Blackbird. “It’s a great way to educate the public on the diverse kinds of food within any given country.” For Chef Mark Smith of The Tortilla Press, it’s a chance to be creative with the foods of southern Mexico. “I traveled with Chef Rick Baylis to Mexico two years ago and loved the connection between culture and the culinary in the southern provinces of Puebla and Oaxaca. Now I get to bring those flavors to our guests.”
“Goin’ South” will run Sunday October 11 through Thursday October 15th. It will offer 4 courses at $28/person. Menu details from each restaurant are available by clicking the restaurant name on the ad to the right.
